The Irish Holiday or Tourist is visa is suitable for any Thai person that would like to travel to Ireland for reasons of holiday - tourism - sightseeing etc.

The visa if issued is has a date on which the Thai must return to Thailand. The visa only allows for the Thai citizen to holiday in Ireland. The Thai citizen will not be able to work with this type of Visa

Before the Irish consulate in Bangkok will issue a Tourist visa to a Thai citizen, they will need to be certain that the Thai citizen has enough funds for the holiday to Ireland and they will return to Thailand at the end of the visa.

If the Irish consulate does not feel that the above criteria will be met, they will refuse the visa stopping the Thai from travelling to Ireland
